At Araceli Designs, every piece is crafted with care and intention. We want you to love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- For hygiene reasons, intimates and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return

- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same style in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- If your preferred item is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or refund immediately.
International Returns
For international customers, please mark all parcels as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees. Araceli Designs is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred on returns.
